we head to the market and choose the most fresh and delicious fruits and veggies for our party trays. who can resist bright and crunchy vegetables and sweet crunchy and colourful fruit?

cheese platter:
it's safe to say that we've never come across a kid (or an adult for that matter) who doesn't love a good cheese plate. we have arranged this plate full of your favourite cheeses

* a second cheese option: a delicious baked brie served in a pie plate ooey gooey and ready to be scooped up by a piece of crustini with red pepper jelly or fig balsamic vinegar.


tofu dippy sticks: the most fun you can have with your dinner.
our tofu 'dippy' sticks are cut to look like chunky french fries, then marinated in our sweet and savoury sauce. when they have soaked up all the flavour they can, we bake them until they are golden, firm and easy for little hands to hold. you'll find that big hands have trouble keeping away from this dish! we serve our tofu sticks with rice patties cut into fun shapes, some lightly steamed veggies and our crowd pleasing peanut, honey, miso dipping sauce.

tortilla roundels: a flavour combination that no one can resist

cheese, sauteed veg, and kidney beans layered between tortilla shells then smothered in a homemade salsa topped with cheese. cut into attractive round shapes, the use of both regular and wholewheat tortilla shells make this one attractive platter that will go fast.

stop light trio dip: this is about as much fun as you can have eating your veggies these yummy dips are packed with nutrients and are naturally colourful. served with our very own pita chips and lightly steamed veggies.

red dip: made with beets & kidney beans and seasoned with our favourite spices.
orange dip: carefully selected golden yams roasted to bring out their natural sweetness, roasted garlic & seasoned with yummy herbs and spices.
green dip: this unique hummus is a blend of chick pea, green pea & edamame; always a crowd pleaser!

chicken roll up tray: the coolest way to eat chicken...
these little chicken pin wheels are the perfect finger food for parties. specialty chicken breast is filled with kale/walnut pesto rolled up and tossed in a crispy crust and baked till they're ready. to see them arranged on a platter they look more like dessert than a good source of nutrients for a growing body - we parents can be so sneaky...

mini turkey burgers: a party classic taken to a whole new level.
we take our itsy-bitsy three bite burgers from a mix of seasoned specialty ground turkey. the twist is that within the mix, we've added caramelized onions & pureed squash for moisture, nutritional value and subtle sweetness (ingredients ground so small they'll only know if you tell them!). we serve these little tasty burgers in a mini whole wheat bun with optional toppings of: cheese, lettuce, mayo, ketchup, sliced tomatoes, pickles and mustard.

piggies in a blanket: another party classic with a twist
	instead of the usual hotdog, our 'piggies' are made locally (nitrate and filler free!) with specialty chicken are rolled up in a whole wheat biscuit and served with two homemade delicious dipping sauces: honey mustard & creamy garlic tomato.

sandwich platter:
for those who can't call it a party until the sandwiches arrive, we have added a creative spin to this traditional party favourite: sandwiches are all rolled, layered or cut into fun shapes. served on whole grain bread, choose 3 of your favourite sandwich fillings:
	smoked salmon, cream cheese & capers :: turkey & cranberry :: egg salad salmon salad :: chicken salad :: tuna salad :: cali (avocado & shrimp) :: peanut butter & banana :: homemade roast beef :: almond butter & jam
we can also make a wrap tray, filled with sliced one bite spirals, choose any of the fillings above or dream up your own.

sushi sandwich plate:
	for the true 'west coast' kid, we decided to mix the east with the west in this fun party plate. we have replaced the bread with nori and white and brown sushi rice and replace peanut butter and jam with all kinds of fun fillings, cut into fun shapes.

one bite meat balls:
these meaty treasures are moist & delicious with or without the sauce. our party pleasing meat balls are made with seasoned organic ground beef, a little squash for moisture and sweetness and a special spice blend. we serve these tasty bit sized bits on a tooth pick so they can be dunked in our yummy homemade red dipping sauce.

ice cream/frozen yogurt sandwiches:
	delicious organic ice cream smushed between two homemade oatmeal cookies rolled in chocolate chips. contact us for price.


mini cupcakes:
these sweet little treats are the perfect couple bite sized classics made without any artificial food colouring or sweeteners and made moist & delicious with added applesauce and pureed dates instead of being packed with fat and sugar. they won't be able to tell, and neither will you! your choice of chocolate or vanilla.
